Definitions
1.1. “Company” refers to [TapManNi], the tester of water quality and reseller of third party water filtration systems.
1.2. “Customer” refers to any person or entity purchasing or using our products and services.
1.3. “Products” refers to all water filtration systems and related accessories resold by the Company.
1.4. “Services” refers to any assistance, recommendations, or support provided by the Company, excluding installation.
1.5. “Installer” refers to independent third-party contractors recommended by the Company for installation services.
1.6. “Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between the Company and the Customer.
1.7 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the resale of water filtration systems by [TapManNi] and the recommended installer (“we,” “us,” “our”) to customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and Services
2.1. We supply third-party water filtration systems and related products. 2.2. Installation services are carried out by independent third-party installers, who operate under their own terms of service. 2.3. We take reasonable steps to recommend reputable installers but accept no liability for their workmanship or any issues arising from installation.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed. 3.2. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. 3.3. We reserve the right to amend pricing without prior notice. 3.4. Payments must be made through approved methods upon reciept of goods. 3.5 A deposit of 10% will be held upon ordering and is non refundable
4. Delivery
4.1. Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of purchase but are not guaranteed. 4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or supply chain disruptions. 4.3. Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Installation
5.1. Customers may choose to use our recommended third-party installers or their own installers. 5.2. We accept no liability for any installation-related issues, including but not limited to improper installation, damages, or failures resulting from installation. 5.3. Any issues related to installation must be addressed directly with the installer. 5.4 There is no contract for the service to be installed by TapManNi, any install is between the third party and the customer and we reserve the right to remove the add-on at anytime.
6. Warranty
6.1. Our products are sold “as is” with no warranty, express or implied outside the 14 day statutory period. 6.2. We do not provide any guarantees regarding product performance, durability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 6.3. We accept no liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use, installation, or failure of our products. 6.4 All products are strictly third party only and customers must make reasonable attempts to deal with them directly 6.5 Any errors or issues that arise from their use are subject to manufacturer and installer guidelines
7. Returns and Cancellations
7.1. Customers have 14 days from receipt to return unused and unopened items for a refund. 7.2. Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable. 7.3. Installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been carried out. 7.4. Faulty products are not covered by our warranty or replacement policy, and is solely subject to the third party warranty and conditions . 7.5. Labour charges are paid directly to the third party installer and the third party manufacturer.
8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1. Customers must ensure their premises are suitable for installation before purchasing a filtration system. 8.2. Customers assume all risks associated with the use and maintenance of the products. 8.3 Customers must note that any changes to home plumbing would ultimately void any warranties that were given or implied by third parties or third party installers
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
9.1. Complaints should be addressed to our customer service team in writing. 9.2. If disputes arise, we encourage resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. 9.3. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. 10.2. Continued use of our products and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Our Liability
We will not be liable for any resulting damage caused by any of the products being installed incorrectly or otherwise failing. All installs are contracted by the consumer to reccomended third parties and any enquiries must be made to them. Consumers are given a general invoice from TapManNi for convenience only within which the third party install is documented,, the customer is shown the installers credentials by the installer themselves and is subject to their own conditions.
Find out the location of your water mains stop cock prior to any installation in the – highly unlikely – event of a flood.
Failures are extremely rare. But as with any device they can happen and we accept zero liability, any issues must be taken up with the manufacturers or the installer.
We recommend you install anti-leak alert devices. These will shut down your water supply in the (very unlikely) event of a leak.
Please note that flooding can occur for various reasons including sudden surges in your water pressure. We recommend you consult your local water supplier about the likelihood of these in your area.
We recommend that you install a pressure reducing valve and backflush support. They are cheap and highly effective.
Any performance indicators for our filters are based on estimations. Particularly with regard to limescale / scale problems.
Paying for Plumbers or other tradesmen. Please note that unless you have prior written agreement from us we will not pay for any costs incurred by your calling out tradesmen or any other professionals.
Our support: In the event of any problems / issues we will do our best to provide timely support by phone and email.
But you must cooperate with our requests to identify the cause of the problem and treat our staff with reasonable respect or we reserve the right to refuse further support.
Some of the water filters delivered may be different to the photos and images shown.
The prices and other information contained in this website may be subject to change without notice. If you have already paid an incorrect price we reserve the right to refund you and not send the goods.
